Ich bin insolvent
Wenn Sie zurzeit zahlungsunfähig sind und uns dies glaubhaft belegen, stundet Intrum Ihre Forderungen für 12 Monate. Senden Sie uns dazu bitte mindestens eines der folgenden Dokumente zu:
- Sozialhilfebestätigung (nicht älter als 12 Monate)
- Bescheinigung Ergänzungsleistungen alle (nicht älter als 12 Monate)
- Unterschriebene Steuererklärung: 4 Seiten mit Personalien, Einkünften, Abzügen, Vermögen, Wertschriften- & Guthabenverzeichnis (nicht älter als 12 Monate)
- Verlustschein (Art. 115 SchKG), Konkursverlustschein oder Pfändungsunterlagen (nicht älter als 12 Monate)
- Bestätigung Massnahmenvollzug oder laufende Strafuntersuchung „U-Haft“ (nicht älter als 12 Monate)
Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir nur aktuelle Unterlagen akzeptieren können. Senden Sie uns das eingescannte Dokument verschlüsselt via Upload (oder per E-Mail an inkasso.ch@intrum.com).
Ist Ihre Zahlungsunfähigkeit ausreichend belegt, werden wir Ihre bestehenden Forderungen stunden (zukünftige Fälle sind von der Stundung ausgeschlossen). Falls wir weitere Unterlagen benötigen oder die Stundung aus wichtigen Gründen unterbrochen wird (Vgl. CoC Inkasso Suisse), werden wir Sie kontaktieren.
Sollte sich Ihre finanzielle Situation nicht verändern, reichen Sie uns bitte in 11 Monaten aktualisierte Unterlagen ein, damit wir die Stundung rechtzeitig verlängern können.
Wichtiger Hinweis zur Datennutzung: Die Dokumente werden ausschliesslich zur Beurteilung der Insolvenz verwendet. Ihre eingereichten Unterlagen werden streng vertraulich behandelt und nicht an Dritte weitergeleitet.

Se siete attualmente insolventi e ci fornite una prova credibile di ciò, Intrum rinvierà le vostre richieste di risarcimento per 12 mesi. Si prega di inviare almeno uno dei seguenti documenti:
- Attestato dell’aiuto sociale (non più vecchio di 12 mesi)
- Certificato di prestazioni complementari (non più vecchio di 12 mesi)
- Dichiarazione dei redditi firmata: 4 pagine con dati anagrafici, reddito, detrazioni, patrimonio, elenco dei titoli e dei beni (non più vecchia di 12 mesi)
- Attestato di carenza di beni (art. 115 LEF), attestato di carenza di beni in caso di fallimento o prove dell’esecuzione del pignoramento (non più vecchi di 12 mesi)
- Conferma dell'esecuzione di misure o dell'indagine penale in corso "Carcerazione preventiva" (non più vecchia di 12 mesi)
Si prega di notare che possiamo accettare solo documenti attuali. Inviateci il documento scansionato in forma criptata tramite upload (o via e-mail a inkasso.ch@intrum.com).
Se la vostra incapacità di pagare è sufficientemente provata, rinvieremo le vostre richieste di risarcimento esistenti (i casi futuri sono esclusi dal rinvio). Se abbiamo bisogno di ulteriori documenti o se il differimento viene interrotto per motivi importanti (cfr. CoC Inkasso Suisse), vi contatteremo.
Se la vostra situazione finanziaria non cambia, vi invitiamo a presentare i documenti aggiornati tra 11 mesi, in modo da poter prorogare il differimento in tempo utile.
Nota importante sull'utilizzo dei dati: i documenti saranno utilizzati solo per valutare l'insolvenza. I documenti inviati saranno trattati in modo strettamente confidenziale e non saranno trasmessi a terzi.

I am insolvent
If you are currently insolvent and provide us with credible evidence of this, Intrum will defer your claims for 12 months. Please send us at least one of the following documents:
- Confirmation of social assistance (not older than 12 months)
- Certificate of supplementary benefits all (not older than 12 months)
- Signed tax return: 4 pages with personal details, income, deductions, assets, list of securities and assets (not older than 12 months)
- Loss certificate (Art. 115 SchKG), bankruptcy loss certificate or seizure documents (not older than 12 months)
- Confirmation of enforcement of measures or ongoing criminal investigation "pre-trial detention" (not older than 12 months)
Please note that we can only accept current documents. Send us the scanned document in encrypted form via upload (or by e-mail to inkasso.ch@intrum.com).
If your inability to pay is sufficiently proven, we will defer your existing claims (future cases are excluded from the deferral). If we need further documents or if the deferral is interrupted for important reasons (cf. CoC Inkasso Suisse), we will contact you.
If your financial situation does not change, please submit updated documents in 11 months so that we can extend the deferral in good time.
Important note on the use of data: The documents will only be used to assess the insolvency. Your submitted documents will be kept strictly confidential and will not be forwarded to third parties.
